Google.org Funds Artificial Intelligence for Public Transport
On 15 September 2026, Google.org announced a 2.1 million dollar grant for the MIT Transit Lab. The money will fund a new artificial intelligence system for public transportation. Artificial intelligence involves computer systems that can perform tasks that usually require human thinking.
