Researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Google and Northeastern University have developed InstructMesh. This software tool helps people design and edit 3D objects for printing. The system uses Microsoft's TRELLIS, which generates 3D models from text and images. It combines this with the GPT-4 language model to understand user instructions.
